Poll: George W. Bush More Unpopular Than Nixon
George W. Bush is already leaving the White House but the transition process doesn’t excused him to slip away from the polls. Just recently, a new national poll conducted by Gallup suggested that President Bush is the most unpopular president since the ratings were first created in the late 1930s. In addition, CNN also reported that:
No other president’s disapproval rating has gone higher than 70 percent. Bush has managed to do that three times so far this year, says CNN polling director Keating Holland. That means that Bush is now more unpopular than Richard Nixon was when he resigned from office during Watergate with a 66 percent disapproval rating.
So, what do you think guys and gals? Does the outgoing President deserves the rating or the Americans are just looking forward at Barack Obama’s leadership in the White House? Have your say!

You know, he might be super unpopular, and without a doubt the very worst prez we ever had, but so what, he still was there for 8 years. and the damage has been done. now it’s time to clean up.

As I see it, Bush doesn’t really care that much about the survey since he’s leaving the White House soon anyway. I think he knows that he’s not popular. The important thing now for him is, he became the US President and did what he wanted to do, no matter how unpopular his decisions were. And he would leave the White House grinning and laughing.
