Trinidad Etong Failon Case: Suicide or Foul Play?

Trinidad Etong Failon, the wife of news and radio anchor Ted Failon is now reportedly in serious condition.
She was found in their home with a bullet to her head and currently admitted in the New Era Hospital.
Both Ted and daughter Kaye claimed that Trinidad committed suicide.
But, was it really a suicide or a foul play?
So many theories and speculations are going on as the case involves a very prominent personality in the Philippine media.
Police investigators are currently digging deeper about the incident.
As of now, Ted is reportedly negative for gunpowder residue and under the custody of the police authorities. The entire Failon household is also under investigation. Apparently, it seems that police investigators is still establishing information on what really transpired last April 15, 2009.
I guess it is only matter on time so I believe the truth will prevail.
In the meantime, let just all pray for the Failon family most specially to Trinidad and Ted.

Honestly, I find the news disturbing. I am not a fan or a supporter of Ted Failon but there seems to be wrong in investigation in some way.

Bakit ganyan ang mga pulis? c Gonzales? Dahil ba binabatikos sila ni Ted Failon lalo na sa radio program. Obviously, may mali sa gingawa nila. Kung may kasalanan man si Ted Failon o kamg-anak nya, may “warrant of arrest” at “due process” tayo na tinatawag. At hipag na ni ted failon nagsalita kung ano nangyari., at bakit nya pagtatakpan si ted failon. Kawawa din mga kasambahay nila. Hindi tama ginagawa nila. At nagsalita na anak nila ted failon at ng yumao nyang asawa. Masakit nga naman aminin na nag-suicide ang kamag-anak mo, lalo pa kung napakalaki ng parte nito sa buhay mo.

Honestly, the media is having a field day over this incident. Naawa ako sa mga anak nila kasi may controversy pa.
obstruction of justice… it only takes place “during an investigation”… so how can they say na ung mga tao sa bahay kakasuhan nila ng obstruction of justice dahil hindi sila tumawag para report ang nangyari, first of all that’s nto an obstruction of justice.. second bakit nila sasabihin na obstruction of justice dahil they cleaned the crime, nilinis nila ung mga dugo “PRIOR” the investigation, NOT DURING the investigation… third, sasabihin nila obstruction of justice dahil nakinig sila kay ted failon na manahimik at wag mag salita, well hindi un obstruction o justice, everyone has the rights to keep their silence without the presence of their attorney.. eh ung time na pumunta sila sa hospital para kunin pahayag nila, walang attorney pa that time. those police officers are stupid dapat mag aral sila ng law ulit… and sila dapat kasuhan dahils a ginawa nila sa mag hipag at bayaw ni ted, inalis nila ung human rights nila.. if I were in his bro in law’s position i will do the same thing, syempre hindi ko hahayaan sumama kapatid ko sa mga buwaya… and the way they invited them sobrang bastos… and they dont have a warrant of arrest, basta basta na lang nila dadamputin silang lahat.. especially sa bahay ni ted , and lalo na ung dumaitng un attorney ni ted, the polcie was even pushing the driver and the maid para pumasok na sa car, and the police ignored and disrespect the attornet… sobrang a**hole talga mga police dito sa pinas kaya hidni sila nirerespeto ng mga tao.. they should learn to respect theirselves first!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haaaayy kawawa naman ung wife ni ted failon walang kakampi she’s so helpless kse everyone in the family including her own siblings ay kampi kay ted failon. pati ang giant broadcasting company that he works for biased kung mag report. pati dzmm pati new era din they’re all protecting SOMEONE HERE. trina’s sister claims she was witness to the writing of the suicide note! ano un parang “oy i’ll write this letter ha be my witness†IMO its not EVEN a suicide note its just an apology letter na may halong takot sa asawa niya i wonder why she seems so terrified of him! tapos ang new era only called pnp hourssss after the incident. ted went back home to see his daughter daw??? diba instinct mo is to stay by her side until she’s stable? maiisip mo pa bang umuwi nun??? ONE NEED NOT BE A CSI GUY TO FIGURE THIS ALL OUT DUH

We don’t really know what transpired mr. theirselves. siguro dapat subaybayan na lang natin ang investigation.

Why the doubts? Is there a bad history between the two? Does Ted Failon have a history of denying about it? Is his character questionable? Well, I don’t know the guy so I can’t really tell. That’s why I’m asking.

Nalinis kasi ng mga kasambahay nila yung crime scene kasi nga daw parating na yung bunso at ayaw makita nung mga tao sa bahay na nagkalat yung dugo. honestly, it was wrong pero based sa mga nababasa ko, consistent naman na wala nga daw si mr. failon sa bahay. hayyyy..

Why would Trina doubt Ted’s love for her driving her to commit suicide instead of talking matters with him? The family looked OK. Ted seems to be a decent man.It looks like he would listen. The police is too dawgy in their dealings with Ted and his family. Ang sama nila.

I get your point. Minsan nasasabi natin yung mga ganyang bagay pero when you’re in that situation at natataranta ka na? nakita mo ung asawa mo o ung mahal mo sa buhay na duguan? anong ggwn mo? About sa paglinis naman ng crime scene, (hndi sa ngjujudge or discriminate ako ng househelpers) pero hndi naman lahat ay alam na hndi dpat linisn ang crimescene eh. not all househelpers have proper education.

About the topic, nagagalit ako sa mga ginawa ng pulis sa family ni Ted. Hndi sa may kinakampihan ako or what pero nakita niyo naman ung ginawa ng mga pulis sa kanila. Tsk tsk!

Nakakalungkot naman ang nangyari sa pamilya ni Ted. I am sure wala naman may gusto nuon sa kanila, tutuo man o hindi ang bintang kay Ted. At dahil naniniwala naman si Ted at pamilya nito at kasambahay na Suicide ang nanayari kaya kampante sila na kahit linisin ang pinangyarihan ay wlang kaso at ang kailangan nuon ay madala agad sa ospital ang biktimna, kaya naniniwala ako na malinis ang konsensiya ng mga taong ito.
Kahit ako, kung naniniwala akong suicide di ko na muna iisipin i report sa mga pulis kasi ang immediate action ko ay madala sa ospital ang biktima at sa ganung paniniwala siempre di mo na maiisip pa ang susunod na aksyon sa kalituhan. Pero siempre mahirap pa rin isipin kung ano talaga ang tutuo sa ngayon at sana ay lumabas din ang katotohanan sa lalong madaling panahon ng mapanatag ang bawat isa sa pamilya at sambayanang Pilipino.
Edukadong tao si Ted kaya alam niya ang mali nya kung lilinisin nya o ipapalinis niya ang mga ebidensiya.
Guilty siya sa obstruction of justice para sa akin.

Balita kasi na tatakbo para senador si Ted. Madalas ganyan ang publicity ng mga politiko para makilala sila ng masang Pinoy at kaawaan para manalo sa darating na eleksyon. Sa tingin ko lang, hintayin natin magdalamhati ang pamilya Failon and from there, tignan natin kung ano ang mangyayari sa imbestigasyon. Natutuwa rin ako na naibigay na sa NBI yung kaso para naman hindi bias ang gawing investigation.
