Mikey Arroyo’s Posh House and Lot in San Francisco

Pictured above is a good looking house and lot in California, USA.
According to the news, Presidential son, Pampanga Rep. Juan Miguel ‘Mikey’ Arroyo is the owner of this house located along the posh community in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Well, there is nothing wrong about owning a nice abode. However, it was reported that:
Pampanga Rep. Juan Miguel “Mikey†Arroyo has not declared in his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth (SALN) for the last two years a $1.32-million (P63.7-million) beachfront property in the San Francisco Bay area in California that he bought and then transferred to his wife Angela in 2006.
Mikey is the eldest of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s three children.
The house at 1655 Beach Park Blvd. in Foster City, San Mateo County, is now up for sale, but the property does not appear in Mikey’s 2007 and 2008 SALN.
Now my question is – how come you failed to declare this property Mikey?
The people of the Philippines deserves an explanation.
But will you???

Snow, actually the house is not that poshy (may term ba na ganito haha). Mahal lang talaga yung lugard nung bahay kaya inavbot ng ganun. Kung titingnan mo di masyado malaki at maganda yung bahay. Yung lugar at ambience lang nya ang nakapagpamahal sa kanya.
But then again, expensiove or not, Mikey is still accountable to disclose this in public

@bluep-I agree po. However, hindi kasi basta-basta bumibili sa location na yun and you are right na dapat nila i-disclose yan sa public. Imagine bro, ang daming naghihirap sa Pinas tapos sila may 2 bahay dito plus properties sa abroad. Then, may mga negosyo pa sila. Unexplainable wealth!
