Miss Gibraltar Kaiane Aldorino is Miss World 2009
Miss Gibraltar Kaiane Aldorino has been named Miss World 2009 at the 59th edition of the pageant. The event was held on December 12, 2009 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. The 23 year-old Human Resource Clerk won the coveted crown over 112 delegates from all over the world.
Perla Beltran Acosta from Mexico was named as the First Princess (1st runner-up) while Tatum Keshwar from South Africa was adjudged as Second Princess (2nd runner-up).
