The university ranking is based on the average passing rate in the board examinations of all courses.

Nice. Yeah… my school is included. And what amazes me is maraming schools from Mindanao (where I came from). Sana lang maayos na talaga ang peace and order, I sure think na ang layo ng pwede nating marating if resources there are fully utilized.
