2010 Oscars: Best and Worst Dressed
I’m so disappointed that my favorite film Avatar did not win Best Picture in the recently concluded 82nd Academy Awards. I felt cheated! ~LOL~
Anyway, good thing these fabulous actresses cheered me up with their wonderful gowns. Listed below are my top 5 favorites:
Cameron Diaz in Oscar de la Renta
Sandra Bullock in Marchesa
Demi Moore in Versace
Kristen Stewart in Monique Lhuillier
Penelope Cruz in Donna Karan
…and who is my vote for the worst dressed this 82nd Oscar Awards?
To be honest, it is hard to imagine gorgeous Charlize Theron in a bad gown but hey, this gown did not do any justice on her!
The design looks so wrong on this Hollywood screen goddess! Why?
The frock looked like a cross between a lavender cabbage and a Janet Jackson’s hand-cup breast on a Rolling Stone cover! It also reminds me of my favorite cinnamon that I usually buy at the Starbuck’s Coffee House. Gosh, the strange design really highlighted her assets in a wrong way.
Oh well….
Cheer up, Charlize! Until the next Academy Awards…

I really don’t understand why Justin Timberlake left Cameron Diaz. Look at her, so pretty and hot.

i was very much disappointed too. i’ve seen The Hurt Locker and in my opinion, it is not deserving.

disappointed to see Charlize in that dress. it’ll work siguro if it’s on a different venue, perhaps the Met gala or some high fashion event but certainly not the Oscars.
meanwhile, I remember stylist Rachel Zoe ‘pushing’ Jennifer Garner to wear that Oscar de la Renta dress two years ago where she presented an award but opted to wear a black number. She finally got her wish to see that dress on the red carpet, this time on Cameron Diaz. Love her!
Correct Mel, Oscar is high fashion so I was surprised that Charlize worn a mediocre gown. Never ko siyang na-expect na worst dressed -- until now.

I love Rachel McAdam’s dress although it wasn’t really Oscar-worthy but I like it!
I don’t like the two enseymada on Charlize’s dress! Haha. I super love Demi Moore’s dress. FOr me, it was the best dress for the night 
I kinda like Rachel McAdam’s dress too but it doesn’t caught me like the ones above. I agree, Demi Moore’s dress is a divine while Charlize worn an Oscar no-no.
