Kris Aquino and Ruffa Gutierrez: An Issue Blown Big!
Last Sunday (March 7), it has been reported throughout the showbizlandia that Ruffa Gutierrez has been ‘bullied’ by Kris Aquino at their talk show ‘The Buzz’. According to my Facebook feeds and Twitter tweets, Ruffa was seen leaving the studio of ABS-CBN and decided not to end the show.
Actually, this news did not come to me as a surprise as I have been watching their show for some time now and I must agree with the others’ perception that Kris Aquino has been making sudden spiels even though Ruffa Gutierrez is still doing her chatter.
But from my point of view, this issue shouldn’t have been big. It was just full-blown into proportions because:
- Kris Aquino always makes headlines because she is Kris Aquino period. People are fascinated with her as she is tactless.
- As we all know, Noynoy is running for presidency so his detractors are surely trying to make a ‘field day’ out of it! They wanted it to appear as a bad publicity for Noynoy Aquino because he is the brother of Kris.
- And lastly, Ruffa Gutierrez’ fans and critics just made a big deal out of it as the former beauty queen is going to TV5. That’s it!
So pleeasseee, let us all chill!

I was able to watch this video several times since the issue is all over. I agree with you, this issue is so big because of Noynoy, all eyes are on them.
anyway, try to watch the opening of the buzz on the same day.
@redamethyst -- i agree, but this shouldn’t been noynoy issue at all because it was kris’ issue and besides, i believe kris and ruffa only had a misunderstanding too…

For years napansin ko na talaga na hindi feel ni Kris si Ruffa at lagi nyang sinasapawan like hindi pinapatapos ang sentence tapos ini-ignore pa nya in favor of boy. Siguro kinimkim ni Ruffa yun all those years kaya nagkaroon ng walkout scene. Pero sa tingin ko pareho lang sila ng ugali, Ruffa can be like Kris too if she’s with another less famous showbiz personality. It’s just that hindi nya kaya si Kris kaya dinaan na lang nya sa iyak.
