Yilmaz Bektas: To Marry Miss Universe 2006 Zuleyka Rivera
It has been reported that Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas will tie the knot with Miss Universe 2006 Zuleyka Rivera Mondeza. The announcement was published in Hürriyet, an influential and high circulation newspaper in Turkey last March 24.
Bektas is the estranged husband of Filipina TV host-actress and Miss World 1993 Second Princess Ruffa Gutierrez. They were married in 2003 in a lavish Christian ceremony in the Philippines and produced two beautiful daughters named Lorin (born 2003) and Venice (born 2004). They were separated in 2007.
Sources say that Bektas is set to give Mendoza the cable channel “Fashion TV Spain” as a ‘wedding gift ‘. A gift he similarly bestowed to Ruffa as the latter was given the cable channel “Fashion TV Turkey” right after they got married.
Based on the reports, the supposed wedding of Yilmaz and Zuleyka will begin aboard a yacht on June 21 and will take place at the Sardinia Island, the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea.
