Uncanny Resemblance
I respect Manny Villar when it comes to political advertisement as his campaign team never runs out of creative ideas and easy to remember slogans.
However, I was dumbfounded when Barrio Siete uncovered that his new political ad campaign ‘Scroll’ was just a sheer copycat of a political campaign ad entitled ‘Upside Down’. The ad was used by presidential candidate Lopez Murphy in Argentina. The campaign ad even won him a silver lion award in the Cannes Lions Contest in 2006.
Check out what the readers are saying about the uncanny resemblance of the ad campaigns ‘Scroll’ and ‘Upside Down’ here.

I’m not really a fan of Manny Villar but from the way his team was able to catch ideas from the other countries campaigns proves that he is using his brain. We just don’t know it if he’ll use it for the good or for the better of the Philippines
A friend of mine said, lahat naman ng politico currupt, un nga lang ung iba hinde halata ang pagka corrupt which I totally agrees

I respect your opinion ethan but I believe masyado ng stress ang tao sa kanyang mga political ads. And I’m sorry talaga, with the C5 controversy and the Iloilo land grabbing issue he has talagang esep-esep ako kung siya talaga ang nararapat.
