Kris Psyche Resus Crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2010
Kris Psyche Resus, a pretty lass from Infanta, Quezon has been crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2010 on April 24 at The Acquatica in Manila Ocean Park, Manila Philippines. She was also awarded as Best in Swimsuit in the preliminary pageant. The 22-year-old student from the University of the Philippines will represent the country in the 10th edition of Miss Earth Beauty Pageant. The pageant is scheduled to be held in Vinpearl Land, Nha Trang, Vietnam at the last quarter of this year. Resus was crowned by Miss Philippines Earth 2009 Sandra Seifert.

1. According to pageant messageboards, Kris Psyche Resus applied as a Bb. Pilipinas candidate sometime in 2008 & 2009. She was not shortlisted.
2. Psyche is the name of a mortal girl who was SO beautiful that even the goddess Venus became upset of her.
3. Bb. Pilipinas has a Venus while Miss Philippines Earth has a Psyche. Coincidence or what? ~LOL~

Aw. I wasn’t able to watch this. Hope I can watch this online somewhere. I always watch beauty pageants, too, because I want to know if the winner can really represent our country in the international pageant.
