Halo-halo, which literally means ‘mix-mix’ in English language is probably the most famous dessert in the Philippines. This Filipino classic is a combination of fruits in season, gelatin, evaporated milk, gelatin, leche flan, ube jam and shaved ice. Some also add a scoop of ice cream for an extreme treat.
