Kamie Crawford from Maryland was crowned Miss Teen USA 2010 at the Imperial Ballroom, Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas on July 24, 2010. Crawford now made a history as the first winner of Miss Teen USA for Maryland.

Kamie Crawford is the oldest of five girls in her family. She also plans to become a dermatologist when she goes to college and have her own skincare and cosmetic line. The 17 year old winner from Potomac is the eldest of five girls in her family. She also completed her secondary studies at Winston Churchill High School this year.

The 28th edition of the Miss Teen USA Beauty Pageant was hosted by Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart and Seth Goldman of NBC’s “Entertainment Buzz”. Miss Teen USA 2009 Stormi Henley from Tennessee crowned the new winner and also debuted her anticipated single “Quite Like Me” during this year’s show, marking the beauty’s first worldwide musical performance.
