Miss Panama Karina Pinilla Crowned Miss Supranational 2010
Karina Pinilla of Panama was chosen as Miss Supranational 2010 in the pageant finale in Poland last August 28, 2010. She is the 2nd winner of the annual beauty pageant. She was crowned by the very first winner, Miss Supranational 2009 Oksana Moria from Ukraine.

First runner-up: Hana Verna (Czech Republic)
Second runner-up: Sandra Marinovic (Slovenia)
Third third runner-up: Claudia Villafuerte (Peru)
