Pageant veteran Giuliana Myriam Zevallos Roncagliolo (Miss Earth Peru 2008 and Miss Peru Universe 2010) was crowned as Miss American Continent 2010. The pageant, also known as Miss Continente Americano, was held last September 18 in the Palacio de Cristal, Guayaquil, Ecuador. The 22-year-old Peruvian beauty was crowned by Miss American Continent 2009, Lina Mosquera from Colombia.
