Mariann Birkedal of Norway won the Top Model award in the Miss World 2010 competition held at Crowne Plaza, Sanya, China on October 23, 2010. As the winner of the fast track event, Miss Norway will automatically make it into the semifinal round of the 60th edition of the beauty contest.
