Shannen Doherty’s Dad Dies

‘Beverly Hills 90210’ and ‘Charmed’ star Shannen Doherty issued a statement Sunday (November 7) that her father, John Thomas Doherty died after suffering a stroke at his home outside Los Angeles on Friday, November 5. He was 66 years old.

In the statement issued through her publicist, a mourning Doherty called her father the “greatest man in the world.”

She also added: “I love him with every inch of my being and cannot imagine life without him.”

Doherty who also appeared on the show ‘Dancing With the Stars’ last season to honor her father considered her stint on the show a success because her dad managed to watch him it to one of her performances during her short period on the show in March.

My deepest condolences to you, Shannen and to your family…
