Eva Longoria and Tony Parker: Headed For Splitsville

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has filed court papers yesterday (November 17) to divorce basketball star Tony Parker due to irreconcilable differences. The couple got engaged in November 2006 and tied the knot in Paris in July 7, 2007.

Longoria tweeted:

It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other’s happiness.

Due to the sudden turn of events, the actress has since cancelled her American Music Awards appearance and plans on spending her Thanksgiving with her friends.

So, who say now that getting married on 7-7-07 would be lucky and happy to a married couple huh?
