Krista Ranillo: Aspiring Fashion Designer in Hollywood?
Krista Ranillo has started to invade the Hollywood fashion industry, ABS-CBN reports. The 26-year-old actress who has taken off from acting is now under the guidance of cousin and acclaimed fashion designer David Tupaz. He designs bridal outfits and gowns in Hollywood.
Interestingly, Tupaz held a fashion show yesterday where he also featured the clothes designed by Krista Ranillo. However, the heavily pregnant actress wasn’t able to attend the show because her doctor advised her to rest as she is expecting to deliver her first baby with Island Pacific Supermarket CEO Jefferson Niño Lim on the first quarter of 2011. Ranillo married Lim this year which created a buzz in the Philippine showbiz world.
Krista, who starred on one of the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry “Wapakman” opposite Manny Pacquiao was also linked to the Filipino boxer ever since the two met in 2009.
Oh well – looks like everything is all behind now, huh?
