Olivia Pinheiro designed due to ‘personal matters’

Miss Universe Bolivia 2010 Olivia Pinheiro has declined to represent her country at the 2011 Miss Universe beauty pageant in Sao Paulo, Brazil due to ‘personal matters.’ The 27 year old beauty queen who has been the center of controversies for the past weeks due to the issue of her real age refused to elaborate further.

Promociones Gloria, the franchise holder of Miss Universe contest in Bolivia announced that a new representative will be crowned this June.
