Adriana Dornfrom Managua has been crowned Miss Nicaragua 2011 during the 11th edition of the pageant held at February 26 at the Ruben Dario Nation Theater. She bested 13 ladies for the title.

Grendel Alvarado speaks out via Twitter! Looks like Grendel Alvarado is not happy (hello? who would be?) from her disqualification at the Bb. Pilipinas 2011 beauty pageant as the Philippines’ Next Top Model winner posted her thoughts on the recent disqualification via Twitter. She said:

After the disqualification of models Grendel Alvarado and Jenilyn ‘Jen’ Olivar, the Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc (BPCI) assigned official numbers to the remaining candidates of the Bb. Pilipinas 2011 beauty pageant on February 23, 2010. Here’s the official numbers of the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 candidates:

Michelle Gildenhuys from Cape Town, South Africa was crowned Miss Atlantico International 2011 on February 12 at an event held in Punta del Esta, Uruguay. She bested 15 candidates for the title.
