Marian Rivera has been chosen as the newest celebrity endorser by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC). The announcement was done during the World Red Cross Day on May 8, 2011.

As an endorser, the Kapuso Primetime Queen will take part in PRC’s charitable work throughout the country. In line with the announcement, the NGO is also set to launch the ‘Million Man Run,” a fun run event that will raise funds for the humanitarian work in the country.
