Maria Notarangelo of Brazil was crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen 2011 in a pageant held on May 10, 2011. The 21 year old winner now hold two international titles as she was previously crowned as the International Queen of Coffee  in 2011.

The first runner-up title was awarded Haemy Chung of Korea. Second runner-up was Danielle Byrnes of Australia. Third runner-up was Natalia Chirkova of Russia and the Cayleme Marais of South Africa clinched the fourth runner-up position.
