Sigrún Eva Ármannsdóttir Crowned Miss Iceland 2011

Sigrún Eva Ármannsdóttir of Akranes was crowned was crowned Ungfrú Ísland 2011 or Miss Iceland 2011 in a pageant held at the Broadway Club in Reykjavik on May 20, 2011.

Sigrún is eighteen years old and stands 1.80m. She will represent Iceland in the Miss World 2011 beauty pageant in London on November 8, 2011. Guðlaug Dagmar Jónsdóttir, Sigríður Dagbjört Ásgeirsdóttir were adjudged first and second runners-up. While Gurrí Jónsdóttir and Hjördís Hjörleifsdóttir completed the Top 5.
