Salha Israel Crowned Miss Tanzania 2011

Salha Israel was crowned Vodacom Miss Tanzania 2011 at the National Finale held in Mlimani City Conference Centre, in Dares Salaam on September 10, 2011. She bested other 30 ladies during the pageant finale.

Salha will represent Tanzania in Miss World 2011 in London, England, on November 6. The first runner-up was Tracy Sospeter. The second runner-up was Alexia William.

The new Miss Tanzania received a brand new American car model of Jeep Patriot courtesy of CFAO motors and 8m/ in cash.

The jeep is worth more than seven times in comparison with the value of the Hyundai i10 car awarded to the 2010 winner, Genevieve.
