Miss Calabria Stefania Bivone was crowned Miss Italia 2011 at the national finals held on September 19, 2011. Stefania is 18 years old and stands 1.79m. The winner of Miss Italia does not compete in Miss Universe or Miss World.

1st runner-up: Mayra Pietrocola (Taranto)
2nd runner-up: Sarah Baderna (Emilia)
