Reality star Kim Kardashian files for divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries. 

She cites ‘irreconcilable differences’ the reason why she is seeking for divorce and listed October 31, 2011 as their date of separation.

The 31-year-old Kardashian and the 26 year-old Humphries were wed on August 20, 2011 in a star-studded black tie event at California. The wedding lasted only for 72 days. Yeah, only 10 weeks, duh???

$15 million for four-hour, two-part wedding special on E!
$2.5 million for exclusive photos with People magazine
$300,000 for an exclusive engagement announcement with People
$100,000 for exclusive rights to a bridal shower with Britain’s OK! mag
$50,000 to have a bachelorette party at Tao in Las Vegas

Rumor has it that the division of assets would be easy as there was a prenuptial agreement involved.

As for the wedding gifts – Kim has decided to donate $200,000 to Dream Foundation, a charitable institution which makes dreams come true for adults with life-threatening illness.

Oh great – another failed fairy tale wedding only in Hollywood!
