The sky will bring a magnificent show on earth as another meteor shower will occur on August 12 and 13. Poised as another astronomical phenomenon, the extraordinary event was named Perseid Meteor Shower which usually happens during the month of August every year.

Volcano Erupts near the Eyjafallajoekull glacier in Iceland

Local authorities in Iceland verified that a volcano near the Eyjafallajoekull glacier is erupting. Reports say that the first eruption happened at around 11:30pm Saturday (1930 EDT). It was the first time in many years since the volcano beneath the glacier has erupted. The last recorded occurrence was in 1821.
