President-elect Benigno Simeon ‘Noynoy’ Cojuangco Aquino III took his oath today as the 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines. As mandated by the 1987 Constitution, Aquino sworn by high noon before Supreme Court Associate Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales at the historic Quirino Grandstand in Manila.
